It is a matter for ASIC to decide what constitutes "being negative or being positive" and what constitutes "manipulative and/or fraudulent share trading activities". And it is not that hard to establish if you 4 are. The factors for ASIC or police to look at, among many others, are:
- Your pattern of posting on HC
- Your posting frequency and manner
- Your collusion with other HC 4 to bash this stocks.
- The abusive nature of your posts
- Your trading activities and your trading pattern/timing/frequency
- How many nicknames on HC you use.

It seems you HC 4 have it all.
