Good question forlan. That part of the announcement was just hanging there with no outcome of effect stated so far as the overall process is concerned.

Amex that's my reading too. You would think that TZ could have said that in plain English ... which was what we were after i.e. we are now at week 5 or 6 of the 21 week process and can move staright to a filing....blah blah blah ... but will hold off on finalisation of the transfer until conditions are OK. I mean did they think any of us shareholders knew that a no action letter may have been required and if so what impact it would have???

Good to know we are most definitely on the road and the countdown has begun in earnest with preparatory documentation done and a structure and trasfer procedure determined.
