They are still investigating ...but from their checks so far they feel it is one investor in IMP that owned 50,000,000 shares, who is selling out, because of a margin loan call through the Primebroker-ANZ tie up/mess up.

They won't know for sure until the 2+3 settlement period, he says ...ie; it takes about 3 days for the shares to reach full settlement, where the name can then be known.
