The agreed deal and initial signing of it will occur tomorrow [ 30July ] but it will be subject to milestones such as licence and variose criteria
in the process of conformation as we speak.. The dividend attribute of it, should be an emmediate obligation reflecting market / shareholder
attitude held prescouse by top index companies. We will be informed.........Bottom tier / Aim companies have more flexability regarding
legal enactions and interpretation of guidlines in this respect........But the likes of Sandfire...would / are heavily scrutinized in this respect.
