Mate, Ramcap are coming across as rank amateur cowboys.

Dare say they see the potential of OC and other prospects in try's land holding and think they can some how get control of try.

So apparently they owned 14 million shares, at 9 cents worth a relatively piddly $1.26 million through Deutsche securities which have been sold and they refuse to say how many shares they have now. Well come the meeting they will have to disclose.

Did they dump shares and buy them back ie effectively trade the Deutsche securities held shares to another entity? I would have thought it would not be too hard for TRY to look up who is new on the share registry

I would expect that they issue a statement to share holders to argue their case, I doubt they could convince me. I intend to support the current board

I don't think M&G would be too happy with Ramcap either

Have not been to AGM's or GM's in quite some time and I expect this could be a fiery one

For what it's worth I will vote online ahead of the meeting, maybe try can get enough votes to declare the result ahead of the meeting
