But isn't it true that if an equity partner is brought on through issuance of additional shares (to reach a 49% max equity holding) that the additional dilution will be reflected in an overall lower price? In order for an equity partner to hold 49% additional shares roughly equal to the total current issued shares would need to be issued to the equity partner. I hope I'm wrong with that analysis so please correct me if that is the case.
