If you are still a shareholder, don't forget to vote online ASAP.

(for those voters who claim they are a Holder, but clearly are not, then don't interrupt your late night hobby of stealing cars).

For those shareholders remaining in this trainwreck, your vote will obviously be crucial, because should KBC group gain control of the board, then they will strip the cash from YOW by way of "consulting" fees, expenses, service fees to associated entities etc.
At least if the current board remains in place, then the cash will be distributed to all shareholders.
