Who is going to sign a binding GSA with RLE knowing this? RLE won't be looking to pursue GSA's either IMO.

RLE's MUST drill more wells to prove this field and BCG theory commercially viable. That's means more capital. I can't see RLE raising any more money so they're looking for a JV partner.
