For the convenience of Seeking Alpha readers, we have divided this report into three parts:

Base Case Model Snapshot
Our analysis suggests that Molycorp is conservatively worth $139/share on a net present value basis at the end of 2012. This is derived from our base case scenario outlined in this report. We have also ran a severely bearish scenarios to illustrate why even if we adopt a more conservative price deck, Molycorp is undervalued. In both scenarios, we have assumed the acceleration of Project Phoenix does not occur and that the original time table (Phase I commence Jan. 2013, Phase II commence Jan. 2014)

Moly starting to come clean on costs with MS now stating $10/12kg with Phase 1 and that remains to be proven out in the desert. Hard to see their CoGen & acid plant bringing that back to anything like their claimed COP, should they find the money to build them.

Probably time for a little update on your "conservative" $139 valuation year end I'm thinking. Moving the decimal point to the left should do it nicely.
