That is the issue - spin.
As I see it with these micro caps, many are purely using the listing to access money - cash.
Paint the story and ad spin. Many are ill-equipped to develop a company from scratch.......
If a "concept" fails, it is of no consequence.
They have been paid on the way through........
When I look at the original proposition and the so-called potential clients with all the conditional contracts - it was fantasy land.
How can you enter a high tech market with no tested product and no money?
