straws, change for changes sake is pointless, someone of influence who commands respect
is needed, someone that can gain access to finance given they put a plan together with
guideline parameters that are met or beaten.......Nothing happening in MADA, translates to
me, "we couldn't afford the available contractors at this stage".....
A plan that holds water is needed.....
