A forum is a communication of one's opinions through the medium of written word. A greater amount of written word is therefore little more than communicating a greater amount of opinion.

I have no problems writing or reading a large volume of text in a short amount of time. I am currently writing something well over 100 pages typed, which is of no concern itself aside from the fact that I have to keep rewriting it.

If people do not enjoy reading larger volumes of text then I am sorry for this but I am not going to moderate my posts to accommodate them. I am not overly concerned if they believe my posts to be too long, although I do try and lay out my posts in the manner I believe is most easy to read. Personally I would much rather some longer posts containing more substance, but I don't ordinarily feel the need to comment on this as I understand people have a different perspective on things than I do.

I am also not interested in trying to encourage or dissuade anyone from posting, they can do what they want.

And chewy, out of all the names you could have chosen you decided to name yourself after a fictional sci-fi creature that communicates via a series of incoherent grunts so I am not surpised your views are conducive with this.
