    Certainly the market got caught unawares when that $180mill bonafide deal never happened. So surprises going the other way Im sure would be welcomed by any holders that have stuck it QTK the bottom drawer forever.

    Just a question, if Tyco think the technology is so great why wouldnt they just buy out QTK? It would be peanuts for them.
