The market is forward looking. Smart money would be buying in IMO at current levels. Company is cashed up and will be looking to make contracts at better prices. SP will go up before profits do. All we need is an announcement regarding a big contract, which is only a matter of time. Its a big mine, and big players will slowly migrate. I would guestimate a PT of $1.50 - $2.00 within 12mths.
