It got to 641% Mon night, that the highest ever since I started monitoring it from Oct 2018. So yeah money flowing to small caps. I guess theincreased number of ETFs hitting 52 wk his means a lot of retail is putting money into the market? I suppose we can thank the RBA and the 1% cash rate for that.

But whilst the ratios are lower on the ASX300 (XKO), many of those stocks are doing really well. Small/mid/large caps all on fire.
