re: tollhurst blows lum cum blaiy, that is not the issue. the issue here is that there is no fairness or integrity in the system. if blatant manipulation practices cost the average punter $$$$$'s then they should be addressed.

i think we'll be hearing more about this saga as momentum gains pace on the trading activities in LUM leading up to the release of half yearly's. i certainly wouldnt want to be one of the characters involved and i should think they'd be squirming in their seats and making appointments with their lawyers.
