Ann: Company Update, page-99

Still fuming over the Hygea debacle and cancellation of Medtl to the point I lodged a complaint with the ASX today.
The Company imo has failed in it's obligations to disclose price sensitive announcements in a reasonable time frame.
They had to have known as early as April, coincidentally (or maybe not) the month Sam Skontos resigned, yet kept it to themselves.

Their latest update imo feels a little desperate. Read and digested it with a grain of salt. Maybe the ASX can scrutinise this latest update and 4C and past announcements and ensure our money is in a sound and solvent Company.
