Big overreaction early today. Sellers just did not get it.
We get the Permit, soon enough we get a material expansion to inferred and indicated tonnage which flows through to the NPV. Then once the DFS is completed in 2020 the resource is all of a sudden worth big $$$$ to a deep pockets buyer who wants to move in build a plant, dig a big hole and process the goodies. So we really can't lose from DFS completion. I am not the least bit worried.
So the worst case for us is a sale of the project for a hefty price.
The only reasons Chris would do the expansion is to give holders a safety net via an increased NPV and tonnage in the DFS and of course to help attract offtake and finance. Puts us in a no lose situation.
Anyway we just need some patience from here.
