Well 11 Mill / 4 Mill gives them at least 3 years even if they don't make any revenue at all (not likely given the quality of the product and the sales increasing as they gain traction). They will have another year beyond that if they continue to get the 2 mill every year that they have been getting in the form of government grant. Can't forsee them needing to do another CR anytime soon.
