Yes, I can always do that.
My point was that by raising money in this way, the company is not looking after shareholders as much as they coukd have.
You undermine current shareholders and all those investors who did their research and bought between 12 and 18cents. By going outside the company, people have known about the capital raising and have probably short sold other people's shares and will make money. Thise people srent shsreholders. This explains the pull back from 18 cents.
It just sucks, that's all.
