History of Perni Line Formation
Occured early Permian times (well before Dinosaurs, Triassic and Jurassic)
Indications from Mt Hammersley probably 100 km away were it contained lots of residue from swamps and deposition sediments shales,siltstones (the latter being very sealers because of their composition densities). At Mt Ham.. probably 300 m near the surface whereas at Blamore 1300m and and CBM 930001 900m.
Hence this area has sunk much more whereas Mt Ham... has been uplifted somwhat.
