if they do spend any money on this buy back it is still my opinion that it is determental for KCN long term.. They down to about about $44m cash, based on denial's comments, TAFTA may take 3mths but after favaroable award may be held up in Thai courts for upto a further 18mths.
The buyback may be a bluff and they don't actually buy back any shares, but I suppose it does put a floor in the sp. But if they buyback at the 30s at the maximum amount shares they would have blown ~ $7m.... whittling their precious cash away..
I definitely get back to KCN at later date, closer to November, but I may ended paying more then the price that I sold them
