yeah i'm not exactly sure of the regulations GH but my opinion is that yeah, they seemed to have caused all this mess. Options are their to reward someone and to me they don't deserve them.
plus if they were issued as a long term incentive, well they aint here no more.
appreciate now may not be the time to ask ER but when the dust settles it should be looked into imo.
