Totally agree - I think you should be over the age of 18 to be a HC member and then one should have to pass an intelligence test.
Just one thing MB, I have a brother who will dispute just about anything I say. I therefore make my point and then let him argue until the cows come home. What he then says becomes irrelevant to me.
