The multiple we can argue about, but we are being offered ~20% of the NPV5 in overvalued SLR shares. If the TO goes ahead the Rothsay will be 30% of SLR reserves. I want to know how the board can justify this TO without even getting an independent report or attempting to shop Rothsay around.
