I am in senior management, we have a teen and an 8 mth old - stayed at home for the first 8mths with the teen and 6 month with the last addition. Loving motherhood the second time round, would love to do it all again, but I also believe in knowing your limits. I love my working life and part of me loves staying at home - good if you can find a happy medium.
