Burning too much cash IMO.
Turnover rocketing but losing bets not keeping up.
Client deposits not keeping up either.
Would like to see turnover excl free bets and other promotions.
Wouldn't be surprised if they raise again soon ( < 3 months)
The cost of the US retail fitouts is more than I'd thought but will probably be more than they anticipate also. Plus higher staff costs.
I'll guess and say cash outflows this qrt will be closer to $40-50mil.
It's an interesting industry the betting one. I tried to get IPO but was too late. Well done to those so far. Think it's got room to run still but I'd get some tight stops in place.
Interesting article about theScore posted on the other thread. They had CAD?$8.5mil revenue for the qtr, have an MC of only $140mil vs $320mil for PBH.
