If LYC’s proposal to build a PDF for the WLP residue is now accepted by the Malaysian Govt, (presumably onsite and out of cash already deposited with AELB specifically for that purpose, too easy) and the licence is therefore renewed this month, why spend $500m on new C&L anywhere else?
Seems to me this buys Lynas time to research fertiliser and road base and wait for the lunatics to be kicked out of the asylum they’ve been running.
