I decided to become a customer of Superloop. My term with telstra expired so I thought I'd better give this a go considering I'm a holder. Well, within two hours of calling Superloop I was transferred from telstra to Superloop. I'm shocked at how easy and quick the process was. I'd be worried if I was one of the big players. My NBN speed has gone up as well so clearly Superloop's back end infrastructure makes a difference. I also ran a speed test twice on the Netflix servers and clocked 130mbs and 140mbs... Strange but maybe the Netflix servers are at Nextdc
I'm very confident Superloop has a very bright future!
