If WFE are going to include any "Independent Expert" reports in the prospectus for relisting, they have to pay for them. They cannot be contingent upon successful relisting, this is clearly in all the guidelines for prospectuses and Independent Experts.

As no allowance has been made for any IE reports then none should be expected in a prospectus, or perhaps a prospectus should not be expected this quarter.

Interesting that the last 2 quarterlies made no allowance for the METS report to be paid for. How is that one being paid for??
