as interest rate drops money floods into stocks, rba can't increase rates up or as the banks pass them on too many people will default on loans, bank doesn't want the oversupply of repossessions or they can't sell and recoup losses and costs, they want every one to stay and keep paying , sp driven up by demand for quality dividends from reliable stocks
