huh...the average rent in perth is around $300 per week.

In the last 6 months the average perth house has dropped 30k, 6 months worth of rent equates to 7 grand.

That 30k would not include interest repayments on a mortgage, upkeep rates etc etc.

The savings by not buying a house in the last 6 months in Perth would be well over 30k, then add on buying and selling costs for the average house of a total approx 40k also add on almost double the amount of stock to choose from in the lasy 12 months.

Many bears he stated late last year that property prices were going to fall...i will go on the record saying the average property price in aus will keep falling over at least the next 2 years.

If you cant figure out these basic figures i suspect you are about to get yourself into some severe difficulties.
