if you are refering to my post eguido, simply marketing, i.e. the world seeing live footage of a number of massive modern cities and also seeing the amount of massive modern cities still under construction, let alone the amount of people hovering around these cities. The first thing that would come to mind is "where the hell are all these materials coming from, these companies must be making a fortune".
Just a wild idea any way.
I am sure many would suddenly realise why the oil price is where it is once they see some rediculous amount of construction having taken place.
