do you consider the merchant settlement system (MSS) that has been carried out manually a "product manufacturing / operating cost" on the 4C.
if so, and this is expected to be automated sometime mid August, that probably means larger margins and hopefully more revenue as a ratio to manufacturing and operating costs.
