Well mate you refer to section 3.2 of the expert report ?
Of the Invicta Report there is NO section 3.2.
In the accompanying letter by Invicta there is an Item 3.2, it relates to Reasonableness, it doesn't comment on 9 million shares unless its hidden between the lines?
Perhaps you can spell it out for an old man ?
