    Wow, you've either not done this before or you're being deliberately otiose. Do you think that you can't borrow any money unless you have collateral? I guess those start-up businesses that have 5/10's of F/A at early stages and whose founders have no assets never get funding... rolleyes.png
    here's a couple of ideas:
    1. loans from directors;
    2. loans from major shareholders;
    3. pre-IPO capital raise.

    If I was a director or a major shareholder, then yes I would as (a) it would allow the company I'm a director of to get relisted and hence I can have the opportunity to make the company come good for investors (reputational repair), or (b) it would allow the company that I've already invested significant capital into to get re-listed and hence return some liquidity to my investment and provide an opportunity for a potential return.
