Posters keep banging on about acquiring the A1 mine but there is no data to suggest that they have an economic mining inventory. Centennial have been a disgrace in terms of providing timely and honest reports to their shareholders and the administrators have been no better in keeping the market informed as to mine production, grades, operating costs etc. (assuming that they are mining). These mines are typically low tonnage, narrow vein, medium to high grade and don’t lend themselves to public company style structures. Mill feed for the sake of it is pointless if the grades don’t stack up.
Two types of dilution are likely - a share consolidation and CR together with mining dilution if bulk mining is deemed to be the way of the future. A1 tried long hole stoping of a stockwork zone and failed.
