It really is coming done to a crunch then. TZ need to have more than a few applications "in development" for the IPO to be a success. So it would appear that they will need to have one or a couple of "big" orders in order to excite the market.
Is there a chance they will wear the dilution and the extra cost to wait for the "big order" to ensure listing success? I would have thought that the (QVT) cost of going past the dec deadline would be small in contrast to waiting for the big order and listing with that news to ensure post list sp momentum
