increase the population, put the clamps on large residential land subdivisions,rents going through the roof,low availability of public housing...all of this is being orchestrated to help keep banks out of the woods and cap inflationary pressures....eventually the lower end of the housing market ie, less desirable suburbs close to cbd's, flats, apartments, units will spike upwards when when the floor that is being put in place is met...imho
