Comment: Given the potential size of the rare earths by Greg Barnes ie 50% of the world*s rare earths, it is inevitable that Greenland may come into focus. The US is looking for rare earths in Australia and other Western jurisdictions per press reports recently due to the trade war etc.

"Currently, the construction phase is expected to start after the EXPLOITATION licence is granted, wherelse the operation stage is expected to start around 18 months after granting. The project is estimated to have a production life of several generations. It is anticipated that on acceptance of the study the Greenland Bureau of Minerals & Petroleum will permit conversion of the current exploration licence into an Exploitation licence. This will allow mining to PROCEED." DFS submitted + Environmental Reivews & Social Impact Assessments.
Conclusion: So, it appears from the latest news from Greenland Minerals [ASX: GGG] and Tanbreez, a mining licence and an exploitation licence is awaited.
Interesting that both companies [only 2 in the space in Greenland] are now awaiting the next step so it appears that Greenland*s rare earths could be entering a new era of rare earth mining if approvals are granted?
Greg Barnes is the largest shareholder in GGG [Perth family] per other press info?
