nah, not really. Someone posted about Cowen and mentioned OTCQX, something I'd not heard of before. I just googled it, the OP deserves all the credit. And as @tota 1999 posted, it appears there are other mechanisms to facilitate a NASDAQ listing that I'm certainly not aware of. I still think compliance makes it a less likely immediate option. Not just the direct costs but needing new staff to organise it every year, and make sure no stuff ups etc. It might be a distraction at this stage of developments. But perhaps I overestimate such requirements? I'd like to see a NASDAQ listing soon, but I'll be very happy with whatever mechanism they choose that makes us easily available to US investors in the short term. It's going to be an exciting next 5 months
