Has anyone got an update from Mr Bartosch re the app? I decided to have a quick look today at some local Optometrists and downloaded the IOS app instead of the usual safari site (which runs very smoothly)
I have to say I'm very concerned - in an age where a smooth, functional app is king I'm met with one that isn't optimised for big screens (running on IPhone X) and drop-down menus that literally took 50 taps to work... Come on 1ST this HAS to get better before you spend money on marketing!
Please note: I'm not downramping, LT holder however genuinely concerned as this HAS to improve. Positive reviews go 6 years back and most negative are more recent which correspond to my user experience
