All I’m aware of is that they know they need
15 mill to move forward.
A raising is in place currently,
And I can only speculate it’s for all of the 15 mill and retail investors will have an opportunity to get it the same price because there is going to be a big discount given.
That’s all I can give as that’s all I know.
I find it hard to believe also that an institution will give them the money also but that’s what it is.
It better be underwritten because I don’t think they would even raise 1 mill from retail investors.
Anything short of 15 mill will result in another CR or raising somehow that was confirmed from high up.
