    OK .. so from what you are saying we can assume that if we see a SEC filing within weeks then they must have the required backlog already for a $25 IPO price. Otherwise they (TZ/CS) would not be filing. Is that a reasonable assumption? Anything additional that then makes it into the final valuation in the prospectus immediately prior to IPO is then a bonus and could then see the possibility $35 as mentioned by AS?
