Its easy - there is a form on the ASX website. I submitted one a while ago re. MKY, citing lack of disclosure (they had consistently missed their own deadlines and failed to report on key projects). I think someone else on HC also did the same for MKY. May have just been a coincidence, but an update announcement appeared less than 2 weeks later.

To the poster who asked; BLR management are also involved in OVR and SBL, plus possibly other companies that I don't know of. Take a look at the charts and you'll see these have done nothing either, so I wouldn't know where they are directing their efforts at the moment.
