Fracking is here to stay but that is not a concern to LKO. The current program due for completion later this year and decision by March 2020 is investigating conventional gas. I think that report you provided was from back when the ban was originally upheld in 2015?
A likely outcome of 2020 report is they remove the blanket ban on conventional onshore drilling which was applied hastily and without research to back it up.
