But Wack why wouldn't you just buy a pile of extra shares under the rights-issue shortfall offer? You can just take up your rights issue allocation, and then offer to but as many extra shares as you like or can afford under the shortfall section? I think there will be plenty to go round and you can get them at 5.0c rather than 5.5c or so? And that way the company gets your money as well, rather than another investor? Will be interesting to see if the shortfall gap is big or small.
