You will need more than your fingers crossed, just done some research on the three judjes, the President was appointed by Rob Hulls the former deputy LABOR leader, Mcleish has been providing counsel for the Vic. Govt. for the past four years and Forrest was appointed by the one and only Mr..... you guessed it Andrews in july 2018. And don't forget Justice Macaulay was also a LABOR appointed judje. I THINK DAN HAS HIS FINGER IN THE PIE AGAIN.
