The company has, just Yesterday , and two Weeks before that , and two Weeks before , and again and again ! Its clear whatever deals they have lined up are not finalised , I'm not sure what else you could possibly require to understand this !

1. The voluntary suspension is being requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising and its debt restructuring activities;
2. The Company anticipates the suspension to remain in place until the commencement of trading on Monday, 19 August 2019 or when the announcements referred to in paragraph 1 are released to the market
