That is an absolutely insane statement for any investor to make. Ask any fund manager what the number 1 aspect of a company they assess is - they'll tell you it's the management and board of a company. It's unbelievable that so many people on here ignore the history of the Feldman's simply because the company has directed focus to a new industry. They have been running a cash-flow negative business for over 10 years. Fact. Never participated in capital raising's or bought shares on market. Provided loans for related entities that remain impaired. Sought funds from one of their companies to fund the legal case of a separate related entity. Red flags everywhere.
